The Kremmling Sanitation District is a local government and subject to the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA). All district records, except for those that are specifically excluded, are subject to inspection by the general public. To make an open records request, complete the form below. You will receive a response from the district within three business days of your submission. The district may charge a fee for record retrieval. 

CORA requires the district to adopt an open records policy to govern its compliance with the law.
