All development projects occurring within the district that apply for building permits will be reviewed by the sanitation district for compliance with wastewater-specific codes, standards, policies, and criteria.  The Grand County Department of Community Development provides building inspection services for all areas of the district. 

To make initlal application for service or purchase sewer taps, make submission for a building permit, and provide sanitary sewer plans and specifications. For information about the inclusion of real property into the district, contact the District Manager by emailing sanmanager@townofkremmling.org.

All connected properties are required to conform to the district's Rules and Regulations and Development Standards, and Construction Specifications. The districts' review process checklist and submission criteria should be utilized in all portions of design and development.
