NOTICE is hereby given this 22nd day of May 2026 that the Board of Directors (Board) of the KREMMLING SANITATION DISTRICT (District), pursuant to C.R.S. § 32-1-1001(2)(a)(III) will hold a public hearing at Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado, at 6:00 PM on June 22, 2026, to consider fixing rates, fees and charges for use of the District’s septic receiving station (Proposed Rates).

The Proposed Rates are open for public inspection at Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado. Any interested elector of the District may file any objections to the Proposed Budget or Proposed Rates at any time prior to the final adoption of the Proposed Budget and Proposed Rates by the Board.
