The Board of Directors of the Kremmling Sanitation District meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Kremmling Town Hall, 200 Eagle Avenue, Kremmling, Colorado.All meetings of the Board of Directors are open to the public.

Public Comment

The Board of Directors will hear public comment at the beginning of each meeting. Members of the public are invited to participate in public comment. Each person will be given 5 minutes to address the Board on a topic of their choosing during public comment.  When addressing the Board, you must be professional, courteous, and respectful. Disruptions and contemptuous behaviour will not be tolerated. The Board will not respond to inquiries made during public comment but may refer a matter to staff for review. 

Public Hearings

Under state law, prior to taking certain action, the Board of Directors is required to conduct a public hearing. During a public hearing, the Board invites the public to share their perspective on the proposed action. Each person will be given 5 minutes to address the Board; comments must be specific to the subject being discussed by the Board.  When addressing the Board, you must be professional, courteous, and respectful. Disruptions and contemptuous behaviour will not be tolerated. You may also provide written comments to the Board with your perspective prior to the public hearing for consideration.
